The Purpose of Our Website
This website is a catalogue of our photographic specializations as they pertain to the general subject of Editorial Stock Photography. It is hoped that editors or photo editors will want to see additional images from our portfolio based on what we are presenting here. Images are furnished as either original 35mm transparencies or in a high resolution digital format.

Stock photo researchers are asked to quickly review our areas of specialization by drilling down through the Photo Editor's Index, or the North American Location Index. In both selections, heading names will lead to collections of small jpeg images, each of which can be viewed at larger dimensions in a new window. If a particular subject or image may suit your needs, please let us know through the Subject Inquiry Form, or through Email or by telephone. We will respond as quickly as possible by any preferred means.
Our Business Objective
All images presented here and in the rest of our portfolio (through 2005) are available as original 35mm transparencies, on a fee-for-one-time-use basis. Fees, formats and use rights are all negotiable. We can also scan any image transparency in our portfolio (which we would prefer to do, according to your requirements) at up to 16 bits per channel and 4000dpi (up to 95.35 Mb), and deliver it as a digital file via FTP, copied onto a CD-ROM disk or we can append it to an Email.

We generally conduct field work during the warmest three seasons of the year, pausing during the winter months to catch up on image cataloging, website changes and exploratory writing. While we are in the field, we do not maintain a permanent business office from which we send and receive correspondence through the US Postal Service, however we can easily establish mailing arrangements for any client on a temporary basis.
A Note on Displayed Images and Notice of Copyright
The image files on display here which derive from 35mm transparencies have been produced using a Polaroid Sprintscan 4000 Plus film scanner set at a resolution appropriate for monitor viewing. Those original TIF files have been opened in a software program where our copyright text has been applied and the file has then been resized and saved in the more compact JPEG format. No further digital manipulation has taken place on the files. We ask all viewers to our website to please respect our notice of the claim of copyright. Thank you.
